NVL preview (14th and 15th February) - Loughborough bidding to boost push for safety  

Women’s NVL 

Having hauled themselves off the bottom of the Division 1 North table, Loughborough Students will bid to put further daylight between themselves and Stockport when they host Northampton. 

In Division 1 South, Richmond will bid to cement second place when hosting London Inter Crocs, who could move within a point of their opponents if they can secure an away victory.  

The Miners Doncaster have the incentive of moving into second place in Division 2 North if they can overcome Everton Narwhals at Campsmount Academy. 

Onyx London have the opportunity to push out their advantage at the top of Division 2 East to six points if they can clinch maximum points at fourth-placed Sussex Dolphins. 

Men’s NVL  

After playing in the National Shield on Saturday, Division 2 North leaders Darkstar Derbyshire have another fixture on Sunday against Leeds Gorse 2. 

Should they keep their unbeaten record going, they will go four points clear at the summit.
